From cursor to keys, in four steps.
Building a prefab home shouldn't feel like guesswork. We've split the journey into four stages — each with a clear deliverable, fixed price, and a portal that keeps you in the loop.
Configure
Pick a model and tune every choice that matters — exterior cladding, roof profile, kitchen package, flooring, add-ons like solar and EV charging.
Prices update live as you select. The number you see is the number you pay; there are no contractor markups buried at the end.
Reserve
A refundable reservation deposit locks in your build slot and price. You'll have time to validate the configuration with our team, run zoning checks, and prepare your site.
If life changes, the reservation is fully refundable up until you sign the purchase agreement.
Contract
Sign the agreement and pay the contract deposit to release us into production. We schedule factory time, source long-lead materials, and begin permitting support.
From this point on, you'll see weekly milestone updates in your order portal.
Track
Foundation, factory build, transport, set, install — every milestone is timestamped and visible to you. Photos are uploaded as the build progresses.
Final balance comes due on successful installation. Then it's keys to a home that took weeks, not years.
